Affiliate disclosure
Some links on this site earn a commission. Here is the full arrangement, in the order that matters to you.
The short version
If you buy a watch or a subscription through a link on this site, I may receive a percentage of the sale. You pay exactly the same price either way. No manufacturer pays for a placement, a score, or a recommendation, and no manufacturer sees a page before it goes live.
Which links these are
Every commission-earning link sits inside a bordered box that says "Check price", and every page that contains one says so directly under the headline. Links inside the running text — to sources, to other pages here, to a manufacturer's specification sheet — earn nothing.
What this does not change
The most common way an affiliate site quietly misleads you is by never recommending the cheap option. A page here will tell you to keep the watch you own, or to buy last year's model at a discount, whenever that is the honest answer — even though both pay me less than sending you to a new flagship.
The evidence box at the top of every page exists for the same reason. If I have not worn a device, the page says so, and no commission changes that.
Programmes
No commission-earning links are live on this site yet. When the first one goes up, the programme behind it will be named here.
Questions
If anything on this site reads like it was written for a commission rather than for you, tell me. That is a bug, and I would rather fix it than defend it.
